The professional challenges that women in business face are unique and often fuelled by an unconscious gender bias in the workplace. You have the opportunity to overcome these hurdles for yourself and the women around you by developing practical strategies for leadership development.\nAlthough the challenges facing female leaders are not unique, the fact remains: there are fewer women in leadership positions than men. In this course, women who aspire to leadership positions can be empowered, and develop the self-confidence to do as Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg advises in Lean In: to “keep their hands up”.
