DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]There are growing concerns among Higher Education Intuitions, as to the quality of examinations and numerous reports of examination fraud that has been on the rise. Academic integrity is crucial not only for safeguarding the integrity of knowledge creation and dissemination, but also for establishing the public trust that society needs to operate and the international recognition of academic awards.\nInternational student mobility, the proliferation of cross-border and transnational education programs, and competition among national and regional scientific research activities have led to the expansion and liberalisation of the global higher education space. Examination malpractices constitute one of the greatest problems that have generated a lot of discussions especially for both basic and higher education sectors. The global higher education space is being influenced by emerging technologies, Internationalisation and technological transformations both enable and endanger practices of academic integrity.
