Banks are always faced with non-performing loan risk due to its main function as a financial intermediary. Various efforts have been made by banks to avoid NPL. However, due to various reasons, including the COVID 19 Pandemic and debtor’s management, any bank continues to experience NPL. This training will focus on how to use NPL guidelines to your advantage, understanding what banks can do to recover the non-performing loans from customers and their guarantors.
